Your rights under the NJDPA
We don't sell your data. But the New Jersey Data Privacy Act gives you specific rights regardless, and we honor all of them.
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) gives New Jersey residents the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct — request that we fix inaccurate information
- Delete — request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to sell or share your data (we don't, but you can request it formally)
- Opt out of profiling — direct us not to use your data for automated profiling (we don't profile)
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an automatic opt-out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, complete the form below or email privacy@vaultdispensary.com. We will respond within 45 days.
