By accessing or using the website vaultdispensary.com (the "Site") operated by The Vault Dispensary, LLC ("The Vault," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any products from The Vault. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal right to use cannabis products in the State of New Jersey.

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes and may not exactly match the product you receive. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

Online orders are processed through our point-of-sale system (Sweed) and payment is handled by Aeropay. By placing an order, you authorize the payment and confirm you will present valid ID at pickup. Drive-thru orders must be prepaid online — no payment is accepted at the window.

The Reserve loyalty program is subject to its own enrollment terms presented at signup. Points earned have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to members.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Vault mandala mark, images, and software — is the property of The Vault Dispensary, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Cannabis product information is for educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VAULT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vault Dispensary, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, New Jersey.
