Our drive-thru is a simple, secure way to pick up your order without leaving your car. Three steps. That's it.

Order online or by phone

Browse the menu on our website or call (856) 555-0100 to place your order. All drive-thru orders must be placed and paid for online before you arrive — we don't accept walk-up orders or payment at the window.

Get your pickup window

At checkout you'll pay with Aeropay (bank-to-bank, no cards) and pick a 15-minute pickup window. That's your slot — it's reserved for you. We'll send a confirmation by email or SMS.

Show your ID at the window

Pull up at your pickup time. Your associate greets you through the secure portal, checks your ID, confirms your order, and hands you your sealed bag. Total window time: under 90 seconds.

What if I get there early?
Park anywhere in the lot and wait for your pickup window to start. We can't process your order before your scheduled time — the queue is time-slotted so every customer moves through smoothly. Once your time opens, pull into the pickup lane.
What ID do you accept?
Any valid, government-issued photo ID: driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport, or passport card. Military IDs are also accepted. The ID must be current — expired IDs aren't accepted under state regulations.
How do I pay?
All drive-thru orders are paid in full at online checkout using Aeropay — a bank-to-bank payment that connects securely to your checking account. We don't take cash, cards, or any payment at the window. This keeps every pickup fast and the lane moving.
Can I bring my kids in the car?
Yes. Passengers of any age may be in the vehicle during drive-thru pickup. The sealed bag is opaque and tamper-evident. However, only the person named on the order may receive the product, and they must present valid ID.
What if my order is wrong?
Let the associate know at the window before you leave. If you've already driven away, call us at (856) 555-0100 and we'll sort it out. We keep transaction records for exactly this situation.
Is the drive-thru faster than in-store?
Usually, yes. Drive-thru orders are pre-packed and pre-paid, so your window time is about 90 seconds. In-store visits include browsing, consultation, and checkout — typically 5-10 minutes.
Do you accept medical patients?
No. The Vault is an adult-use only dispensary. We serve customers 21 and older with valid government-issued photo ID.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have a free on-site lot at 901 N 2nd Street with entrances from both G Street (north) and F Street (south). Plenty of space even on busy days.

Drive-thru service at The Vault Dispensary is operated as curbside retail in compliance with NJAC 17:30-14.4 and all applicable rules of the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission. Valid government-issued photo ID required for all transactions. Adult-use sales to customers 21 and over only.
